Jeni plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations organized and responsive for clients and the advisory team. Her work includes managing staff, coordinating with internal associates, supporting home office communication, and helping address client service needs as they arise.
She also oversees advisor calendars, reviews client information before meetings, and helps move meeting follow-up items forward. With more than 24 years of financial services experience, including prior roles with American Express Financial Advisors and Ameriprise Financial, Jeni brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to client service and team coordination.

Outside the Office
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jeni has called the Seattle area home since 2003 and has worked with Tom Faley since 2004. She especially enjoys Seattle’s local music scene, and on many weeks, she can be found heading to a show or festival.
She lives with her three gray cats just a few blocks from the office, close enough to walk to work when the weather makes it inviting.
